15 years experience in Human Resources Management , consulting and management development. Have trained more than 1500 management in several business areas, and more than 2000 staff, in sales, negotiation and customer care, from Pharmaceuticals (Eli Lilly, Johnson and Johnson – Janssen Cilag division, Stabilo, Farmexim, chains of pharmacies), to petroleum (Petrom/ OMV) and beer (Interbrew, Heineken), retail (Praktiker) and production (Dufa, Isovolta).

Part of several training projects that involves an international team of trainers.

For 70% of the above clients, designed/ customized the training programs.

Average feedback from participants – 90% good to excellent.
