Claudia Pedersen is Instructional Designer for Microsoft, Worldwide Learning Organization and is experienced in multi-country & multi-stakeholder (e)learning projects. Her portfolio of projects includes Academies for global customer-facing roles, Digital Transformation readiness, on-boarding programs, technical and specialized training for employees and development of learning programs sustaining staff productivity and performance in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

She has over 10 years of experience in instructional design and has acted as both internal and external (e)learning consultant for several national and international organizations. She has a Certificate in E-Learning Design and Development, University of Washington USA and a Master in Intercultural Studies, University of Padua, Italy. Fun fact: she believes people are more and more disconnected from their ability to create handmade objects and spend too much time in the online environment. So, once in a while she will also organize urban sittings, where she teaches people how to knit, crochet or macrame.
