I've always been fascinated by people and working with people. I never knew I was gonna be a trainer, but I've always known that someday I want to be able to teach people something that will help them improve their life. My first obsession was body language and from there I moved into Public Speaking.
As I've studied Management. soon after that I've started looking into efficiency and working with people that needed to bring it into their life. Through personal development and some Time Management training I provided, I was able to help a lot of them reach the balance they needed.
Then I realized I've been helping a lot of people become better individual players and that got me wondering. So I began to research team behavior and stumbled upon Simon Sinek and fell in love with helping people work in a more collaborative manner. Since them, I've been working a lot on team growth and it's been the most enjoying part of my work.
